Licensed and Certified CSM Facilitator's and Consultants' Community

This community is a closed practitioners’ group for individuals who have been trained, certified, and licensed in Patricia Seybold Group’s Customer Scenario® Mapping methodology. Licensees enjoy ongoing coaching and support, monthly community conference calls, methodology updates, and access to a members-only Web site where they can access training materials, order mapping supplies and post and review each others’ Scenario maps. The community is supported by members’ annual license fees ($995/year) to stay current.
